Grub Control Services
In a lawn left untreated, grubs are capable of doing severe damage in a very short period of time. Damage may not be visible to the property owner until it is too late causing costly seeding repairs. Overwintering grubs feed during the spring months while new hatch feeds late summer and fall. We have programs designed to keep your lawn grub free all season long. Remember, prevention is always the safest bet when it comes to a pest like this.

Mole Control Services
One of the most common misconceptions of mole activity is that if mole activity is in the lawn, then the lawn must be infested with grubs. While the treatment of grubs can slow mole activity in your lawn, it may not stop it. Moles also feed off other earthworms and insects, therefore mole and grub infestations need to be treated independently. Just one treatment is guaranteed to rid your lawn of mole activity for sixty days. Call today for a free estimate.

Custom-Blended Fertilizers
Every day, we custom-blend our fertilizers according to the area we are servicing and the weather conditions throughout the respective areas, meaning each lawn receives its own special treatments on a daily basis. This custom-blending of fertilizers is just another way Elite Lawn & Landscape sets itself apart from the competition in caring for every single customer's lawn.

Lawn Care Program Steps

EARLY SPRING – This treatment consists of a balanced fertilizer to target the relief of winter stress put on the lawn, and helps to promote color and growth.

LATE SPRING – This application will enhance the color and vigor of your lawn. Broadleaf weed control, as well as crabgrass control, will be applied at this time.

SUMMER – Summer stress and insect pressures determine the treatment needed for your lawn. Your technician will determine and apply the necessary products at this time.

LATE SUMMER – Our late summer application helps in the recovery of summer stress with a balanced fertilizer and also targets summer annual weed control.

FALL – This application helps the lawn maintain color late into the fall. Weed controls may also be applied as needed.

WINTER PREPARATION – We apply a low nitrogen, high potassium fertilizer to feed and allow the turf to store nutrients for the winter.

GRUB CONTROL – A subsurface insecticide treatment applied to help control feeding grubs that can cause damage to your turf.

SOIL AERATION – A mechanical process performed which stimulates root growth and helps eliminate compaction in some soils.
